What I love about this house
Location Location Location – We are in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood with very low traffic that is quiet and rural yet close to all the things you need.
QUIET – The property is on a corner and has very private front and back yards and a huge deck. The feeling is that you own the area privately. Kids can ride the wide roads that describe an oval and basically run free in the area. There are lots of kids and families in the neighborhood.
CLOSE TO THE ACTION – Newport’s downtown is a ten minute drive away and the main Newport beaches (1st, 2nd and 3rd) are all within 5 minutes drive. All are close enough to bike to.
CONVENIENT – Just outside of the neighborhood you are close to great shopping with wonderful stores that you want to use every day.
Food: Fish market, Meat Market, A baker that supplies most of the restaurants, a pasta maker that supplies most of the restaurants, Fresh veggie stand, 8 or so restaurants and 2 miles to the major super markets.
Dining: Chinese, Thai, Italian, Fine and casual dining, Coffee Shops, Bagel Boys, several sandwich shops and diners.
Convenience: Liquor store, 7-11, dry cleaning, barber, salons, Gyms, hardware store, paint store, banks, etc.
